Always meeting new people and hearing their stories. Campers are the most sociable and helpful people you will find anywhere. It never fails, if you need a helping hand, someone is always happy to help out.
There are so many pluses about RV camping. Even with all the pluses, washing cloths is still needed. When washing cloths, invariably there are items that need drying naturally. The laundry hanger/dryer is a necessary RV accessory. You can dry hand washables indoors or out. When not in use the laundry hanger/dryer folds up for storage
Slumber Fresh Pillows for RV Camping

RVs these days have just about everything you need while camping, but there are a few things that can be added to improve your RV camping experience. Extra pillows come in handy even when you are not sharing your RV with someone else.
Reversible Patio Mats for RV Camping
When RV camping it is really nice to have patio mats outside your RV. Patio mats add extra comfort at your RV site and help keep the dirt out of your RV.
When you prepare a meal and eat it outside on a picnic table with a patio mat under it, you feel like you are having a special time. No concrete or grass under your feet.
We use one all the time. It just feels more like home using a patio mat.
Good Way to Dry Items while RV Camping with a Smart Dryer
RV accessories are so helpful and make RV camping easy and more enjoyable. Having the right RV accessories make a difference, like a smart dryer.
When RV camping and going to the beach or the campground pool, bathing suits and towels have to be dried when returning to your RV. The smart dryer does the job for you. It is real handy and easy. No going to the laundromat and wasting time.
RV camping is really fun. It’s like being on vacation when camping in your own RV. Having your own things and your own bed to sleep in. No carrying suitcases in and out of motels, traveling in a car stuffed with things you need. Have a meal anytime you want without finding restaurants. It doesn’t really matter when you eat, your kitchen is never closed. Get a cup of coffee anytime you want it.
RV Step Rugs Help Keep your RV Clean
We all take pride in our RVs and want to take care of our RVs as we do our homes. Keeping a RV clean is one necessary part of taking care of a RV.
In addition to normal cleaning, one of many ways to make your cleaning job easier and take better care of your RV is having RV step rugs to help keep our RV clean inside, especially when RV camping at a beach. Sand can be very damaging to the floor of the RV, weather it be rug or tile. Sand particles in rugs do damage the rug and sand particles on the floor can cause the floor to be marred.
By putting step rugs on your RV steps, less dirt and sand is tracked in. If people neglect to wipe their feet, use a dust buster immediately to suck up any sand or dirt particles to protect the RV flooring.
Quick Way to Prepare a Meal
I am always try to find ways to save time in meal preparation. One of the most helpful RV kitchen accessories is a slow cooker to accomplish short time meal preparation.
There are so many slow cooker recipes to choose from and prep time for a meal is a very short time. Follow recipe, set the slow cooker , and then enjoy the day. When you return from a fun day, dinner is basically ready. Easy clean up, and then enjoy the evening.
What a way to live. Jusy fun and games.
RV Accessories Come in Handy for Vacuum Sealing Food
Everyone really enjoys eating when RV camping. So often being busy doing fun things during the day causes a big appetite. Good food is much appreciated.
Conserve space in your kitchen and store food for easy meal preparation with a vacuum sealer kit. The food never freezer burns if frozen and tastes really fresh.
Vacuum sealed food requires less space for storage, therefore, giving the benefit of a variety of choices to pick from for your meals.
I take advantage of sales of meat and vegetables and store as much as possible, always having plenty to choose from when it comes time to prepare a meal. It is so nice to be stocked with food for different choices to satisfy desires for a meal. Like going to a restaurant and choosing from a menu.
Arriving at a Campground for Newbees
If you start out with a large RV it can be a little intimidating. Learning all there is to learn about your RV, how to drive your beautiful new home, and of course parking and hooking up at a campground.
If you did not choose a pullthrough lot, you must always have someone direct you while backing into your lot. Never back up anywhere without someone directing you. This one basic thing you must remember.
When positioned in your lot, be sure to level your RV. Refrigerators do not like not being level.
Hook up to the electricity. Be sure the voltage is turned off when inserting your electricity cord. Once inserted flip the breaker and check to see if you have power.
Hook up your hose to the water supply and to your RV. Turn the water on as far as it will turn to insure that you will get the most pressure. Note: when the water is hooked up you will not use the water pump in your RV.
If your stay is a short one, you will not have to hook up the sewer hose. You can dump at the next RV campsite you stay. If your stay is for a few days or more, it is best to hook up the sewer hose. Attach your stinky slinky to the RV and then put a donut on the other end and put into the sewer. Do not open the valves to the grey or black water tank until you are ready to dump. Dump from the black tank first. After dumping the black tank, close the black tank valve and open the grey tank valve and dump grey water. The grey water will help clean the stinky slinky.
Hopfully, you have looked into better sewer solutions and gotten a hose the size of a garden hose. The sewer solution is so much better, easier, and cleaner. Hooking up is much faster.
If TV is available, hook the coaxial cable to the TV connection.
If you have slide outs, put the slide outs out. Set your microwave. Turn on air or heat.
Now you are good to do whatever you like. All of the above is not difficult and doesn’t take a lot of time.
Enjoy RV camping
Going South – Snowbird Time
Winter is almost upon us. Time to go South and enjoy the warm weather, play lots of golf, and visit with the friends you have made in the past from going South each winter.
Most important is checking the tire pressure and battery voltage.
When planning your trip South, be sure you make a check list for stocking your RV with all the necessities. Kitchen and bathroom stuff always seems to be most important. Be sure to take a refrigerator thermomoter so your food will be good and not ruined. A slowcooker, outdoor grill, and folding griddle will make meals easier to prepare.
Flashlight, first aid kit, tools, cell phone chargers and carmera battery chargers, all camera aaccessories and cameras, and iron.
After that, think of the comfort stuff. Folding chairs for the outside, bikes to get around easily, golf clubs, playing cards, games, books, beach towels, and sun glasses.
