When you have friends or family with you while RV camping, you always need extra pillows.  One of the many things you can forget to take if you don’t store them in your RV.

Your friends or family will really appreciate the pillows and have a good night sleep.  When you have RV accessories, it makes it so much enjoyable for the others camping with you.  They will realize just how wonderful RV camping can be.

RVs these days have just about everything you need while camping, but there are a few things that can be added to improve your RV camping experience. Extra pillows come in handy even when you are not sharing your RV with someone else.

When you have extra people staying with you, they can have comfortable nights sleep on your extra bed by using a memory foam pad.   Extra sleeping space in a RV is not always comfortable when RV camping.

It is amazing how comfortable the extra bed is with a memory foam pad.

Your friends or additional family really appreciate sleeping well, even though they are not on a good bed.  The hard bed is transformed into a very comfortable bed.

sleep number adjustable bedsleep number adjustable bedI remember when I was about 12 years old, I slept on a bed that was really old. The bed had a fairly thin  mattress on a large spring.  The spring wasn’t very strong, when I got in the bed the spring nearly hit the floor from my weight. which was probably around 100 pounds. I really didn’t mind it and I did sleep, because I was young.  It was like sleeping in a hole. Heaven forbid if I had to sleep in that bed now. I later had a single bed with box spring and mattress.  I really appreciated that bed.

As one gets older, a good bed is really necessary with all the aches and panes that come with getting older. When one is older, a good night sleep is important and needed. It is not fun getting up, not feeling rested and aching.  The sleep number adjustable bed satisfies one needs with a good night sleep and feeling  good after that good night sleep.

When on a RV trip, there is nothing better than getting a good night sleep, being ready to hit the road relaxed the next day.

Getting a Good Nite Sleep

Sleep Number BedWhen you are traveling long distances it is really important to get a good nite sleep.  After driving around 500 miles you get so tired.  You have earned a good nite sleep. Having a great matress is one of the best things you can have.

It feels so good to crawl into your sleep number bed, with it adjusted just the way you like it.  Even if your better half  likes the bed adjusted differently, you still can enjoy a really good nite sleep on your side of the bed.

The next day you are ready to start traveling again.  Not tired, ready to hit the road and see so much of the beautiful US in the comfort of your RV after having a leisurely breakfast. No packing and unpacking, or looking for a place to eat.

Still Camping after All These Years

memory-foam-mattress-padNo matter what twists and turns life might throw my way, there’s one thing that will never change: my undying love for the wilderness. I’ve been an avid camper since childhood, when my family would take extended trips to the great National Parks in Colorado, Wyoming and Utah. Then in my teenage years camping became an excuse for my friends and I to temporarily get away from our parents’ tyrannical rule.

Back in those days, I could sleep beneath the stars on little more than a thin sleeping bag or a scrap of canvas tarp. Of course now that I’m older that wouldn’t be practical – my back has a tendency to give out on me from time to time. Now that I take my own family for excursions in the RV, I let the kids do the hard work. For my part, I sleep in comfort and luxury on a memory foam mattress pad. I figure that after putting in all those years on the hard, unforgiving ground I’ve earned this particular indulgence.
